About
RS Law (Tech) was founded by Dr. Samira Radwan LLM, Attorney-at-law Germany and registered EU-Attorney-at-law Switzerland. Samira has been licensed to practice since 2011.
She is specialized in Data Protection Law, Privacy and Project Management as well as Trust law.
Since 2017, Samira has been engaged as Project Attorney for Legal and Privacy Departments in Europe and in the United States. Her various tenures involved supporting Privacy Officers at global corporations. She has developed a deep understanding of areas such as IT-Development, -Infrastructure, -Procurement and -Risk Assessment processes and workflows. A combination of legal and tech expertise as well as her drive to deliver the best working solutions for fairly complex projects and project outcomes makes her an excellent sparring partner for any high-paced Privacy and Tech initiative, a global enterprise takes on.
Samira holds a Doctorate degree in Criminal Law from the University of Leipzig and a US-Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego. Her focus on International Tax, Asset Protection and Trusts result from her education and time she spent working for the Research Center for European and International Tax Law, while she was a law student at the University of Munich.
Since 2015, Samira has managed several Trust dissolutions with successful outcomes to preserve families’ assets. She has collaborated with Counsel in California as well as in Munich in order to provide key expertise to family trusts and their representatives.

Compliance and Privacy management support was provided as a Product Owner via SCRUM Project management. Along with IT-Developers and -Architects a customer journey needed to be built and be compliant with Consumer and Data Protection regulations.
