Several customer journeys related to online vehicle configuration, as well as an online application process for vehicle leasing and financing, needed to be streamlined. As Product Owner using SCRUM project management, I provided compliance and privacy management support. Working closely with IT developers and architects, we built a customer journey that met all consumer and data protection regulatory requirements.

Developed and established a new legal compliance role, Head of Privacy, serving as the key liaison between the Group Compliance Officer and the IT department. This role was created in response to the implementation of the GDPR, ensuring that all EU-based group affiliates adopted GDPR-compliant processes across all functions and departments.

Industry: Manufacturing - Coffee machines - Kitchen appliances.

The German-speaking regions—particularly the sales and marketing teams—required privacy support for issuing and implementing patient consent forms. In addition, various IT security issues related to software used for in-patient pacemaker servicing needed to be analyzed, documented, and resolved.

Industry: Biotech - Medical devices - Life Sciences.

Multiple global privacy operations needed to be aligned and streamlined with the U.S. Chief Privacy Office, the EU Data Protection and Compliance Office, and the U.S. Cybersecurity teams in response to the Schrems II regulations on data transfers.

Industry: Food.

Allane Mobility (formerly Sixt Leasing) needed to separate and integrate its CRM and several infrastructure tenants into the Hyundai–Santander Joint Venture. New partnership models with car dealerships across Europe were developed and rolled out, including frameworks for consumer data governance and protection.
